The Teacher Associate will collaborate with the Lead Teacher to provide instruction in the classroom.
The role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards and other agency guidelines. Additionally, the Teacher Associate will work to build respectful, supportive, and trusting relationships with each family, assisting them in meeting their needs and planning for their child’s optimal growth.
