We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Development Specialist to support Head Start families in achieving their goals and accessing community resources that promote self-sufficiency and family well-being.
The ideal candidate will build positive relationships with families, conduct needs assessments, develop family partnership goals, coordinate referrals, encourage parent engagement, and collaborate with staff and community partners to provide comprehensive support services.
Candidates should have experience working with children and families, strong communication and organizational skills, and a degree or background in social work, human services, early childhood education, or a related field.
