Join the Burlington Police Department and local businesses and organizations as they provide a safe alternative to Trick or Treat for all the ghouls and goblins. The event is free and open to the public.
NOTE that the location this year has changed! Safe Trick or Treat will be at the Port of Burlington (NOT the Welcome Center, which will be closed during the event).
