The RSVP Medical Transportation Program provides essential transportation for individuals in our community who have no other means of getting to their doctor’s appointments, therapy, and vital medical care.
To keep up with this growing need, United Way is hosting a Town Hall Meeting to introduce the program and invite new volunteers to join our team.
Date/Time: Tuesday, September 30th - Starts at 6pm
Location: Burlington Public Library - Create Space
During the Town Hall, attendees will:
*Get an overview of the RSVP Medical Transportation Program.
*Learn about the life-changing impact this service has on local residents.
*Discover how to sign up as a volunteer driver — a role that not only helps neighbors in need but also provides reimbursed mileage for volunteers.
