All are welcome to join this fun and relaxing hour of mindfulness every Monday evening in the Create Space at Burlington Public Library.
Mindfulness is a practice that involves present-moment awareness and nonjudgmental acceptance. Activities vary by week and may include short creative exercises, gentle yoga, or a short guided meditation while enjoying herbal tea.
This program is free and open to the public, but please register to ensure there are adequate materials for all participants.
