Miles and Memories is the annual 5K benefitting Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House. Online registration is open now at this link: 2025 Miles & Memories 5K | West Burlington, IA | 10/4/2025 (chronotrack.com) There are registration options open for the timed run or a 1 mile stroll if that is more your pace. If you register online by 9/19/2025 you will receive an event t-shirt. You can pick up your packets for the race on October 3rd at the Hospice House garage on the side of the building or you can pick your stuff up at the race. There will be free water, snacks, and coffee/cocoa from Dunn Brothers and we plan to have some run entertainment on the route.
