Lil' Miss Burlington Kherington Musselman loves to read to her younger peers - and a big part of her pageant platform is promoting early literacy. Parents are invited to bring their littles to Burlington By the Book on Sunday, March 9 between 10 AM and noon and help Kherington promote early literacy during a fun story hour.
The event is free and open to the public.
