Chris Lee is a wildlife biologist and Executive Director of the Des Moines County Conservation. Chris builds on 15 years as a conservation biologist, and draws parallels between wildlife management and the workplace.

Craig Smith is the President of Sterzings Chips, and is no stranger to change. When the FDA put a ban on oils containing trans fats, their famous recipe came to a halt. Despite the change, trials, and tribulations, Sterzings Chips are still a staple in Iowa and beyond. Craig believes in the importance of not only embracing change, but being an advocate for it and aims to teach exactly that.

Candace D'agnolo is the Founder and CEO of Pet Boss Nation, podcaster, speaker, author, and Peoria Native. Candace has experienced first-hand the extreme struggles and ultimate successes of entrepreneurship since 2004.

The one thing she wished she had but couldn’t find was a support system of industry peers who believed in community over competition, mentors who could guide her, and a resource for the best marketing ideas around.

It didn’t exist, so she created it - and aims to share that message with the world.
